THEC is Dedicated to the Pursuit of Education

The THEC Mission is to promote, support, and facilitate the pursuit of higher education among underserved and under-represented communities within Metropolitan Chicago and it’s surrounding areas.

As we work towards multiple objectives, which are designed to empower those we serve to gain a comprehensive perspective in regards to higher education, THEC delivers a set of services designed to accomplish the task of meeting each individual goal. Some of the greatest minds in history have passed through the halls of the many institutions of higher learning. The goal of humanity should be to ensure that all who seek knowledge be given an opportunity to pursue it.

The Trinity Higher Education Corporation (THEC) is proud to recognize Herbert Harper, a THEC Scholar that has distinguished himself through his dedication to scholarship, his church, his classmates, and community. A willing worker that has given countless hours to volunteer efforts, Herbert has quietly become a role model through which several of his peers have benefitted.

He will continue his academic pursuit at the University of Illinois, Urbana – Champaign, beginning in the Fall of 2008, where he will study Advertising.

The Trinity Higher Education Corporation salutes Herbert Harper, a 2008 THEC Scholar, and continues to support his effort “to be at my best!”
