Gaining Early Awareness & Readiness for Undergraduate Programs (Gear-Up)

The Gear-Up Programs offer both an Early Intervention Component and a Scholarship Component.

Under the Early Intervention Component, the project provides early college awareness and preparation activities for participating students and their parents.

Under the Scholarship Component, the project establishes and maintains a financial assistance program that awards scholarships to eligible students so that they may attend institutions of higher education.
